Hi! The "Whisper Compilation" was organized in 1996 by 3000 Records after the band "Lady Elaine" didn't get included on a different compilation called "Sounds From The Outhouse". As the lead singer of Lady Elaine, I organized the "Whisper Compilation" featuring some awesome bands from Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, Ann Arbor, and the Detroit area. This rare album only had 1000 copies pressed up, and each band received 50 copies. The album received some local airplay, and there was a CD release party that took place at The Innersection in Grand Rapids. Since then the company 3000 Records has gone on to work with thousands of bands and artists world-wide!
